About Us

The Marketing Cloud (TMC) is Stagwell's technology division, bringing together marketing technology, media intelligence, AI-driven products, and data solutions that help brands better understand audiences and drive growth.

Overview

The Marketing Cloud is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to join a team focused on leveraging financial data to help the business scale.  The Finance team partners with leadership across the company to provide timely, fact-based, data-driven decision support to help drive critical business decisions. The team drives annual and quarterly forecast planning, owns the operating plan and long-term financial model, and is responsible for regular reporting to key stakeholders across the business.  This is a forward-looking team.  We support a global business with a diverse product set and go to market strategy.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced and consistently evolving environment.  This role requires an ability to build close working relationships with stakeholders across the business.  A revenue first mindset and constant focus on driving growth and long-term scale is expected, along with a background in managing financial data, building a budget, reforecasting on a quarterly cycle, and being dynamic enough to handle ad hoc requests with ease.  Excellent communication skills and an ability to work within a global organization are required.  This is a unique opportunity to build processes, take ownership, and make an immediate impact while growing alongside the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the forecast: directly engage with and support leadership across the organization through long term, annual, quarterly, and ad hoc budget cycles
  • Deeply understand and be able to communicate the business to internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate business needs and outcomes into financial data
  • Use our tools and systems to streamline processes, improve visibility and understanding, and increase team efficiency
  • Identify, develop, implement, and champion financial and non-financial KPIs that are tangible to the business
  • Manage members of the internal finance team and work closely with finance resources outside of the business segment

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally at a global, technology focused, Rule of 40 company
  • Experience in varied forecasting and accounting ERPs (OneStream and Maconomy a plus)
  • Demonstrated history of working with C-level, board, or senior leadership teams
  • Keen attention to detail and financial data accuracy
  • Revenue first mindset balanced by a deep understanding of working capital, FCF, and EBITDA expectations for a scaling business

Compensation

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $125,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous PTO plan, 401k program, comprehensive family planning benefits (including paid parental leave), tuition reimbursement, and pre-tax commuter benefits. Benefits/perks may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Stagwell and the location where you work.
