About Us

Stagwell is a global marketing and communications network built for the digital-first era. We combine creative, media, and technology capabilities to help brands drive measurable business outcomes. Our network includes leading agencies across digital transformation, performance media, communications, data, and experiential marketing, partnering with many of the world’s largest and fastest-growing companies.

Unlike traditional holding companies, Stagwell operates as an integrated operating platform — bringing together strategy, technology, and marketing execution to help clients grow revenue, build brands, and modernize their marketing organizations.

Overview

Stagwell is seeking a Manager, HRIS Support to lead the day‑to‑day operation, stability, and continuous improvement of the organization’s UKG HRIS platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable global system performance, strong data governance, and high‑quality service delivery across HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with people management. The Manager, HRIS Support acts as the highest escalation point for complex issues, oversees global support operations, and drives consistent processes, SLAs, and service standards across regions.

The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and UKG to optimize system usage, support global deployments and acquisitions, and ensure the HRIS environment scales effectively with Stagwell’s continued growth.

This role requires availability aligned with Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Responsibilities

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Own data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across UKG modules.
  • Oversee regular data audits, reconciliations, and resolution of systemic data quality issues.
  • Ensure seamless interaction between HRIS and Payroll functions, including close partnership with Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Leverage and support reporting capabilities, including Cognos BI, to deliver accurate and actionable insights to HR and business leadership.
  • Review and validate complex operational, payroll, and compliance‑related reports generated by the support team.

System Enhancements, Optimization & Technical Project Leadership

  • Lead support involvement in UKG upgrades, patches, and new feature releases.
  • Continuously assess and improve Stagwell’s UKG deployment by:
    • Reviewing existing functionalities that are not fully leveraged
    • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve system usage
    • Evaluating upcoming UKG features and roadmap items to determine applicability and value
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business stakeholders to drive system optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee testing strategies, validation plans, and defect resolution for enhancements and deployments.
  • Ensure system configurations, technical decisions, and support documentation are accurate, current, and well maintained.

Support Team Leadership & Global Service Delivery

  • Lead, coach, and develop a technical HRIS Support team, providing both people leadership and deep technical guidance.
  • Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and drive accountability against SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
  • Act as the highest escalation point for complex UKG issues and production incidents.
  • Define, standardize, and continuously improve support processes, including ticket triage, prioritization, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Operate within a global support model, ensuring consistent, high‑quality support across multiple time zones and regions.

User Support, Enablement & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with HR key stakeholders across Stagwell’s operating companies, ensuring HRIS support aligns with both local and global needs.

  • Act as the primary owner of the UKG vendor relationship from a support and service delivery perspective.
  • Manage UKG support cases, escalations, and enhancement requests through to resolution.
  • Partner closely with Payroll teams by supporting and understanding UKG Payroll (UKG Pro Pay) and UKG Payment Services, ensuring smooth integration and operational continuity.
  • Lead and support the technical deployment of UKG for new component companies as Stagwell continues to grow through acquisitions.
  • Ensure newly onboarded companies are integrated efficiently, securely, and in alignment with global HRIS standards.
  • Support HRIS operations at a global scale, recognizing that Stagwell’s workforce spans the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and other regions.
