The goal of our internship program is to provide an all-encompassing experience allowing our interns to execute projects, collaborate alongside leadership team members, and gain exposure to the operations behind a growing, public organization.

Departments include:
Finance – The Finance department is responsible for financial planning and analysis with a focus on forecasting, reporting, and communication. You will work closely alongside our Financial Analysts, Vice President and Senior Vice President of FP&A.
Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting – This team helps prepare accurate financial statements and supports company reporting under U.S. GAAP. Interns will assist with reporting processes, basic accounting research, and audit support, while working closely with the Accounting and Finance teams and learning from experienced accounting leaders.
Treasury – The Treasury department oversees the day-to-day cash management operations of the organization. You will work closely alongside our Treasurer, Treasury Director, and Treasury Analysts.
Internal Audit – The SOX/Internal Audit team handles risk assessment and the design of our internal controls. You will work closely alongside our SOX Director and Internal Audit team.
Information Technology – The Information Technology department provides support globally to the Stagwell network. You will work closely alongside our Information Technology Project Manager & Chief Technology Officer.
Business Development – The BD department is responsible for growing and marketing Stagwell globally. You will work closely alongside our Global Chief Marketing Officer and gain exposure to business development and growth marketing.
Branding/Communications – The Branding and Communications team elevates the visibility of Stagwell across four key audiences: clients, investors, talent, and press. You will work closely alongside our Vice President of Media and Chief Brand and Communications Officer.
Business Applications - The Business Applications team is responsible for managing and optimizing software solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support business processes, and facilitate communication across different departments. This includes overseeing the implementation, customization, and maintenance of various applications, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other tools essential for the organization's daily operations.
People – The People department covers recruitment, human resources, benefits, employee engagement, and DE&I initiatives. You will work closely alongside our Chief People Officer and Human Resources team.
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $20/hr - $25/hr. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to department, skill set, level of experience, and location.
